Clubs and Conference Grants

Club Grants are only available for AUS affiliated clubs while Student Conference Grants are open to all students in the faculty of Arts.

  1. Club Grants
    • Club Grants are broken down into two categories — Operations Grants and Social Grants. All AUS affiliated clubs are only allowed to apply for both grants once per school year. Applications will open twice with the first round starting from August 3 to August 16.
      • Operations Grants
        • All AUS affiliated clubs are eligible to apply for a maximum grant of $2500. This grant is intended to kickstart and facilitate the daily operations of clubs, especially to support in-person transition starting this fall.
      • Social Grants
        • All AUS affiliated clubs are also eligible to apply for a maximum grant of $500. This grant is intended to help mitigate financial challenges or financing gaps caused by social or academic initiatives. This is not intended for annual activities.
  2. Student Conference Grants
    • All students in the Arts faculty are eligible to apply and receive a grant of up to 50% of total costs up to a maximum of $500. This grant aims to help offset any financial challenges that prevent Arts students from attending conferences, such as conference fees, lodging, and transportation costs. Applications are open year-round starting this fall.
